Group Financial Controller - Strategic Key Role

Our client , a leading player in the international investment sector, is looking for a Group Financial Controller to support its strong growth and help structure its financial activities on a global scale. The Role Reporting directly to the group's financial leadership, you will play a pivotal role between the accounting teams, senior management, and external stakeholders. You will work on complex, high-impact topics, with a global view over all financial dimensions of the group. Key responsibilities include: Participating in consolidated financial reporting (IFRS) and ensuring the quality of closing processes. Preparing the company's annual financial statements and reports . Leading and challenging the controlling, cost analysis, and budgeting processes . Collaborating closely with international teams. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and internal standards . Additional responsibilities depending on your skills and expertise. Your Profile Education : Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting. 7 to 10 years of experience in controlling or consolidation, ideally in an international environment. Fluent in French and English , both spoken and written. Excellent command of IFRS standards and consolidation processes. Strong ability to challenge existing practices , suggest optimizations, and help structure robust financial processes. Highly autonomous, with strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a changing, fast-paced environment.
