Job Posting: Speech Language Pathologist (2025-2026 School Year) Location: Near Wood Dale, Illinois Position Type: Full-Time (In-Person) Schedule: 7.5 hours/day, 37.5 hours/week Caseload: PreK8th Grade (Approx. 2530 students) Birch Agency is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, in-person position for the 20252026 school year. The SLP will work with a diverse PreK8th grade caseload and play a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills in a supportive educational setting. Responsibilities: Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 2530 students Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Professional Educator License (PEL) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Why Join Birch Agency?
