Travel Nurse Level I RN - Med Surg - $3,015 per week

3B Healthcare Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg Level I for a travel nursing job in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Job Details: 36 bed adult surgical unit that cares primarily for trauma patients and acute care surgical patients. This unit does have 2 negative pressure rooms that can serve our COVID population. This is a very busy unit where rehabilitating and supporting our patients needs is our highest priority. The most common diagnosis on the unit; Traumas including: spinal cord injuries(new quadriplegics and paraplegics), traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries occurring as a result of a trauma. Acute Care Surgical diagnosis: hernia repair, small bowel obstructions, appendectomy, cholecystectomy. Travelers need to have experience on a fast pace medical surgical unit preferably with Level I Trauma center experience but serval years at a Level II Trauma center is acceptable. LNA ratios to patients 1:12 RN Patient ratios: days: 1:4 nights 1:5 Must have a minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience Required Experience: Chest tubes Tubes Drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone Lines/Tubes/drains for post-surgical patients Trachs/Laryngectomies Telemetry Complex wounds Central Lines- care and maintenance and blood draws Required Credentials: NH RN License or Compact License (Proof of State Residency Required) BLS Contract Length: 13 weeks with possible extension Shifts: 12 Hour PM-AM Rotating Location: Lebanon, NH 03766 Experience required: Must have a minimum of 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience Level required: Level 1 required Pay Package: $41.75/Hr on w2. $1512/week Stipend.
