Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems data input and output invoicing Accounts receivable and payable Giving customer sales quotes on trailers filing organization of receipts keeping updated with all business licensing billing office cleanliness Perform all other office tasks needed by Owner Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills excel data input detail oriented follow skills friendly personality This job comes with the following payed sick days payed 3 dat holidays Vacation pay And it has room to grow and make bonus Company Description We are the largest trailer company in the LA and Orange county area.
