Job Description Job Description Salary: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: On-site (Madison, WI) Compensation: $45,000/year OTE with uncapped commission Position Type: Full-time About Us Grandir Solutions is a full-service digital marketing agency with a focus on SEO and organic traffic. Founded in 2022, we serve local service-based businesses across the U.S. Our main service offerings include: Local SEO (GMB), Social Media Management, and Web Design. The Role This is an entry-level, outbound-focused sales position where youll play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities for our agency. As an SDR, your primary responsibility is to prospect, cold call, and set qualified appointments for our Account Executives. You wont be closing deals (yet), but youll be the first point of contact the voice and energy that opens the door to future client relationships. For top performers, this role offers fast-track growth opportunities into Account Executive and management roles.
