Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse to join our 16-bed Critical Care Unit. This role demands clinical excellence, rapid decision-making, and compassionate care. You’ll work with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio in a technologically supported environment, using Baxter pumps and Medhost EHR, to provide advanced care for high-acuity patients. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage patient care in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Respond quickly to emergencies and provide leadership in urgent clinical situations. Participate in on-call coverage to ensure 24/7 department support. Requirements: Current RN license in Arizona or compact state eligibility. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (all required).
