This is an ideal role for someone ready to take the next step into leadership, with the potential to become Head of Department in a few years. On Offer: A collaborative, supportive team culture 2 days in office, 3 days WFH hybrid model Healthcare 25 days annual leave , plus the option to buy 3 extra days The Role: As a Conveyancing Solicitor , you'll be managing your own caseload of high-quality residential property matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity First-time buyer transactions More complex and varied residential matters You'll also be supporting the wider team and playing a key role in mentoring junior team members, with a path to team leadership.
