Director, Finance Operations and Client Services

We are seeking a Director for Finance Operations and Client Services. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding our financial operations and client services, maintaining a strong foundation in accounting functions, and utilizing various software systems. Responsibilities:- Oversee the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.- Manage the utilization of 3M, ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and CRM software systems for efficient financial operations.- Direct the auditing process to ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain the integrity of financial records.- Supervise the execution of billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing and prompt payment.- Lead the implementation of accounting software systems to streamline financial operations.- Coordinate with client services to resolve any financial queries and enhance customer satisfaction.- Oversee the management of customer credit applications to ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing.- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions based on account status.- Maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure a clear financial history for each client.- Lead the accounting functions within the organization to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.- Extensive knowledge and experience with 3M.- Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems.- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential.- Experience with Concur is required.- Strong background in CRM.- Solid understanding and ability to perform Accounting Functions.- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).- Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).- Proven experience in Auditing.- Proficiency in Billing Functions.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
