Are you a seasoned finance professional with a knack for managing plant operations? We're on the lookout for a Plant Controller to join our clients team and play a critical role in driving our financial strategy and performance. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll be a key partner for the plant management team and General Manager, ensuring smooth financial operations from budgeting to cost accounting.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with plant leadership and contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and strategy development (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).Budgeting & Reporting: Oversee annual budgets, profit/loss reviews, and financial statements (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).Accounting Operations: Handle general accounting, month-end close, tax compliance, and ERP systems (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).Cost Management: Ensure accurate cost accounting, bills of materials, and inventory analysis (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).Performance Improvement: Advise on financial analysis, capital investments, and cost reduction initiatives (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).What We're Looking For:Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA/CMA preferred) and 10 years in finance/accounting roles (5 years as a Controller in manufacturing).Tech Savvy: Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (Source: MC24 Job Search Guide US eBook.pdf).Essential Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
