Position: Account Executive - EnergyLocation: North YorkPerks: Full remuneration and benefits packageAre you energized by sustainable power solutions?Our client is growing and adding an Account Executive with an engineering background and deep knowledge of Solar PV and Battery Storage systems to their team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing large-scale energy projects with industrial and commercial customers and thrives in a consultative sales environment. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and working closely with engineering and project management teams to deliver tailored energy solutions. Key Responsibilities but not limited to: - Identify and target potential clients in industrial sectors. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Present and demonstrate our power conditioning and UPS solutions. - Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for Solar PV and BESS projects.- Identify and qualify high-value industrial/commercial clients.- Conduct site evaluations and liaise with the engineering team to scope solutions.- Present proposals that demonstrate technical and financial value.- Negotiate contracts and coordinate with project delivery teams.- Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale to support upselling and referrals.- Stay current with industry trends, incentives, and technologies.- Achieve sales targets and objectives. - Assist marketing in developing strategies to expand into new regions in the US.- Close deals and oversee the implementation and hand-off. - Provide exceptional customer service and support. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met.Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in energy management or related fields.- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in solar PV, battery storage, or power systems. - Knowledge of electrical systems, renewable energy systems and Industrial and Manufacturing infrastructures. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Technical experience and understanding of industrial power systems, ISO programs and the application of UPS & Power Conditioning in electrical distribution systems. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Self-motivated and results-driven. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Ability to do some travel if required.Please send your resume in Word format to Rona Geringer at rgeringer@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
