Position: Mobile Developer Location: Remote We're working with a high-growth startup that's redefining free-to-play gaming and digital entertainment across North America. Their main product delivers engaging, real-time experiences to thousands of users daily through mobile and web combining interactive gameplay with fresh content and a strong sense of community.With recent partnerships and a solid growth trajectory, the team is expanding and looking for a Mobile Developer to help build and scale their next-generation mobile experience.About the Team:You'll join a collaborative, distributed engineering team working across mobile, backend, frontend, DevOps, and product. The mobile app is built with React Native and TypeScript, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and real-time interactivity.What You'll Do:- Build and maintain features in a cross-platform mobile application using React Native and TypeScript- Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver user-facing functionality end-to-end- Optimize app performance and responsiveness for both iOS and Android- Implement animations, transitions, and mobile-optimized interfaces for rich user experiences- Collaborate on architectural decisions and app structure as the mobile platform evolves- Debug, profile, and fix complex issues related to UI rendering and API integration- Contribute to internal mobile development standards and best practicesWhat We're Looking For:- 4 years of mobile development experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment- Strong skills with React Native, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript- Solid understanding of iOS and Android mobile app lifecycle and UI/UX standards- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling app state (Redux, React Context, etc.)- Familiarity with mobile build tools and deployment to App Store and Google Play- Startup mindset adaptable, collaborative, and excited to build in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:- Experience with push notifications, deep linking, or native module integration- Exposure to high-volume or real-time mobile applications- Familiarity with app performance monitoring and crash reporting tools- Background in gaming, media, or entertainment platforms- Contributions to open-source or mobile developer communitiesWhy Join:- Make an impact your work will directly shape a platform used by thousands every day- Remote and flexible work from anywhere in the U.S. or Canada- Small, empowered teams with real ownership and input- Modern mobile stack built for performance and scale- Competitive compensation with meaningful equity in a growing venture- Performance-based bonuses of up to 20% paid quarterlyPlease send your resume in Word format to Ian Ascuasiati at ian.ascuasiati@quantum-qtr.com.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN $1,000!
