Today, I'm recruiting for a Senior ERP Business Analyst for one of my wonderful clients located in the southwest of the island, near the Angrignon metro station. - Participate in ERP configuration by collaborating closely with users to identify their needs, draft functional specifications, and conduct testing. - Provide effective support by quickly diagnosing and resolving ERP-related incidents. - Contribute to data migration activities as part of the deployment of new ERP systems. - Provide cross-training to users, according to operational needs. - Work collaboratively with business teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend application solutions (existing or to be developed) to optimize efficiency and productivity. - Perform any other related tasks relevant to the position. - Be available to provide support outside of regular business hours, as needed. - Participate in ERP configuration: analyze user needs, draft functional requirements, perform tests, and validate results. - Effectively diagnose and resolve ERP-related issues to ensure business continuity. - Contribute to data migration and integration during the deployment of a new ERP. - Provide cross-training to users, according to operational needs. - Collaborate with business teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities and recommend new or existing application solutions. - Perform any other related tasks related to the department's activities. - Provide ad hoc support outside of normal business hours, when required. The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons: * Communication with international clients: As some of our clients are based abroad, you will be required to communicate regularly with them in English, both orally and in writing. * Collaboration with English-speaking partners: You will be required to collaborate with English-speaking suppliers and partners to track orders and manage contracts. * Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals, and contracts in English for our international clients.
