Responsibilities To guide automotive project teams as Scrum Master, implementing SAFe framework. Skills Must have Experience with Scrum roles, events, artifacts and values. Ability to coach teams under Agile methodology. Strong knowledge of SAFe framework, including roles like Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Understanding of SAFe concept, principles and its application into big organizations. Experience on participating and supporting PI Planning sessions. Nice to have Connected mobility knowledge. Automotive embedded software knowledge. Previous experience with automotive engineering at OEMs or Tiers1. Languages English: C1 Advanced
