Minimum requirements: Hardware Engineer - Electrical Engineering (EPLAN): A degree bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Mechatronics Experience as a hardware engineer Knowledge of EPLAN P8 (Cogineer is a plus) Designing electrical systems based on mechanical drawings and specifications Creating electrical schematics, cable calculations, and thermal management plans Coordinating and supervising panel construction and on-site installation Optimizing engineering processes and maintaining component databases Collaborating closely with colleagues, customers, and suppliers in multidisciplinary teams Millwright: MBO level 3 or 4 technical diploma (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering) Minimum of 4 years of relevant maintenance experience, preferably in a production or industrial setting Serve as the primary technical contact for a team of maintenance technicians Coordinate and support daily maintenance operations on mechanical and electrical systems Troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions and ensure quick resolution Identify and propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and process efficiency Conduct inspection rounds and suggest preventive maintenance actions Ensure all safety protocols and work permits are properly managed and followed Independently carry out a variety of maintenance tasks such as welding, pump and piping work, and electrical diagnostics Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Promote a safe, clean, and sustainable working environment in compliance with quality and environmental standards.
