Situated on the border with Botswana close to the Kalahari Desert, Madikwe Game Reserve is the fifth-largest game reserve in South Africa. As one of the lesser-known reserves, this hidden gem is regarded as one of the best conservation areas in Africa and offers visitors a Big 5 safari experience over 750km². Candidate requirements: Previous experience in a management/senior level is a must Must have a good few years of experience within 5* properties Must have worked in a couple's position before Must have a valid driver's license and own transport Must have an outgoing personality and be guest-focused Manager: Must have prior experience managing a team with good HR knowledge Must have excellent hosting skills Working knowledge of all departments is essential Must have strong administration skills and PAN knowledge Guide/Manager: Minimum FGASA NQF2, preferably NQF4 Full trails would be ideal, willing to consider those close to lead All guiding documents/requirements must be up to date Must be handy and have strong maintenance skills Experience managing a team is essential Package: Accommodation Food allowance 6/2 cycle and 21 days of annual leave. Provident fund after 3 months and a discretionary 13th cheque. Child friendly, possibly pets (no dogs) Salary neg R30kpm depending on experience
