Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibilities: Quality System Management : Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Process Improvement : Identifying areas for quality enhancement and leading initiatives to improve manufacturing processes. Supplier and Customer Liaison : Managing relationships with suppliers and customers to address quality issues and ensure satisfaction. Audits and Compliance : Conducting internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership : Supervising and mentoring quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining detailed records of quality metrics and preparing reports for senior management. Manage the entire quality department which also includes metrology with full CMM functions Job Requirements: Matric Degree in Quality Press shop background with in-depth / technical knowledge 10 years -15 years experience CMM experience Quality systems experience / IATF 16949 Core tools knowledge
