Payroll Administrator – Montague Gardens Contract Position | Immediate Start Our client in Montague Gardens is looking for a hands-on Payroll Administrator who’s ready to hit the ground running. This is a contract role, ideal for someone available immediately and confident in managing a full-function payroll. What you’ll do: Process payroll from start to finish using SAGE VIP Capture new employees, terminations, salary and benefit changes Manage leave records and ESS updates Handle Medical Aid and Pension Fund updates Ensure compliance (UIF, PAYE, SDL, BEE, WSP reporting) Deal with payroll queries and generate payslips, reports, UI19s Support the HR team with admin and documentation What we’re looking for: ? 3–5 years’ payroll experience (SAGE VIP essential) ? Matric relevant qualification in payroll/accounting ? Excel skills strong attention to detail ? Available to start immediately ? Based near Montague Gardens or able to travel with ease ?
