Area Sales Manager

Overview: Manages sales activities within a designated geographical area, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the development of customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned area. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide training and support to sales representatives. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
