Key Account Manager (Pharmaceutical)

Overview: Manages relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements. Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
