Our client is looking for a Nursing Supervisor to join their team in a prestigious hospital in Papua New Guinea. Location: Port Moresby, PNG Position Type: Nursing Clinical Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff on designated wards Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges Ensure compliance with nursing standards and safety protocols Mentor junior nurses and conduct performance reviews Requirements: Bachelors or Diploma in Nursing Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience Previous supervisory or charge-nurse experience Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
