A recent professional profile photo is to accompany your application EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent SECTOR : Sales BASIC SALARY : To be discussed START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate REQUIREMENTS: Matric Industry-relevant qualification (advantageous) Minimum 3 years sales experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Pastel accounting software Must have a valid drivers license (non-negotiable) Experience or knowledge in the signage industry is essential. DUTIES: Handle all administrative tasks related to the preparation of sales quotations. Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and understanding of products and processes. Interpret and work from architectural drawings. Maintain excellent customer relations and communication throughout the sales process. Manage the workflow from initial quotation through to final manufacture. Prepare and send artwork to clients for approval prior to production. Compile and maintain accurate sales reports. Monitor and order office consumables as needed. Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role. Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Pastel accounting software. Assist with marketing initiatives and support brand promotion efforts.
