Job Description
Key Duties of a Telesales Consultant: Outbound and Inbound Calls:  Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.              Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities. Deliver compelling sales pitches to generate interest and close deals. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions clearly and persuasively. Identify and qualify potential leads from cold calls or marketing campaigns. Follow up on leads and quotes to convert interest into confirmed sales. Build rapport with businesses to encourage repeat business. Maintain records and call notes using CRM systems. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets. Address customer concerns and handle objections professionally. Answer questions about products, services, pricing, or terms of sale. Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the sales or product team on customer needs or concerns.  Key Skills and Attributes: Strong verbal communication and listening skills Persuasive and confident sales approach Target-driven and self-motivated Resilience and ability to handle rejection Familiarity with CRM and telephony systems Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
