Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Creditors Clerk and an administrative Support to join our team in Century City. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and wants to grow in the finance and administrative field. Employment Type: Full-Time | 3-Month Contract (with potential for permanent placement) Key Responsibilities: Load and process purchase orders in Sage Match and process supplier invoices accurately Upload invoices and PODs to Microsoft 365 Update item codes and pricing Scan and upload staff files for record-keeping Resolve creditor queries efficiently Provide general administrative support across departments Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience Proficient in Excel and computer-literate Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team Good communication and problem-solving skills
