Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate, schedule, and organise underground utility projects from start-up to close-out Track project progress and financials, ensuring timeous handover to site teams Prepare and manage documentation including permit applications, production data, traffic plans, and site inspections Order materials, process variations or additional work, and maintain up-to-date project records Act as the key point of contact between internal stakeholders and external clients Support a multidisciplinary project team and keep communication flowing across all phases of delivery Experience & Qualifications National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management , Project Management , or a related field Alternatively, an N6 Certificate with relevant technical experience in infrastructure or utilities Minimum 3 yearsâ experience in a work planning, project coordination, or site-based role in underground services (gas, water, or electricity) Strong administrative, multitasking, and organisational abilities Comfortable working with digital planning tools and documentation systems Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across teams Valid driverâs licence required Whatâs on Offer Opportunity to work abroad on high-level infrastructure projects Structured role with long-term stability in a professional team environment Exposure to a wide range of tasks and fast-paced project schedules Competitive Euro-based salary Full relocation support and onboarding provided by the client
