Digital Designer

Requirements: Must-Haves: A strong, relevant portfolio of digital design work. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc. Proficiency in Google Web Designer for HTMLS ad development. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript Experience designing for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and X. A strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Nice-to-Haves: Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design. Familiarity with ad specs and policies for digital platforms. Experience in creative A/B testing and optimization techniques. Responsibilities: Design visually compelling digital ads for Google, Meta, TikTok, and X. Develop engaging HTML emails and landing pages optimised for UX and conversion Collaborate with marketing leads to ensure visuals align with campaign strategy and performance goals Create animated banners, motion graphics, and interactive ads using Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite Ensure all digital content is responsive across various screen sizes and platforms. Support occasional print design needs (e.g., flyers, menus, posters, POS materials). Optimise digital creatives for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. Stay on top of digital design trends, platform specifications, and best practices. Participate in creative testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.
