Job Description
A company based in Modderfontein requires an experienced Events Coordinator. DUTIES: Must pref come out of catering or related industry M eet with client to discuss needs from food ,décor , colour etc Follow and set up a brief for the event (concerts, sports events, conferences etc,.) Follow and set up a brief for the event for concerts, sports events and conference Organize the planning of an entire event Work on MS Excel Sharp , efficient , agile , passionate about his/her work- outgoing Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of events REQUIREMENTS: Must be sharp, efficient, agile, passionate about your work Own car is essential Relevant qualification Willing to work overtime and on weekends
