Insurance Sales Field Worker Agent (Fixed Term)

Client Acquisition & Sales conduct door-to-door and community marketing to generate sales; identify clients via cold calling, referrals & activations; present tailored insurance products; onboard clients with complete documents; meet sales targets. Customer Service & Relationship Building maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups; assist with claims, updates & payments; respond to queries and escalate when needed; educate clients on policy terms and benefits. Administrative Duties submit completed applications daily; maintain accurate records using tracking tools or CRM; comply with sales reporting requirements; support FICA/KYC processes. Compliance & Ethical Selling follow FAIS, FICA & TCF principles; avoid misrepresentation and offer honest advice; stay updated on products and regulations; protect client data and confidentiality. Field Coordination & Marketing attend activations and community events; distribute promotional materials in busy areas; share field feedback with marketing or product teams; promote the company brand in assigned areas. Grade 12 / Matric. RE5 Certificate (advantageous or required depending on FSP). Experience in field sales or insurance (advantageous). Ability to work independently and travel within assigned areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Ethical and customer-centric. Resilient and adaptable in the field. Basic understanding of insurance principles.
