HR Generalist -With Payroll exposure

Requirements: Matric HR Diploma or Degree Good knowledge of labour law and practices Experience in conducting and arranging disciplinary enquiries Experience working with YES/Youth Employment programs very advantageous Experience working with disadvantaged labour very advantageous Exposure to Recruitment 3 to 5 years payroll processing experience History of HR policy and procedure creating Knowledge of annual reporting requirements (BCEA, LRA, EEA, UIA, ITA, PAYE, COIDA) Very organized and with a high attention to detail Excellent 'HR' demeanour Problem solver Exposure to working with Unions or Bargaining Councils Key Responsibilities: To oversee the entire HR and Recruitment function and oversee the processing of payroll.
