Manager/Accountant

My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Manager/Accountant to take charge of their financial operations. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of accounting experience , with SAIPA or SAICA registration preferred , and the ability to lead a small finance team with confidence and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Handle full accounting functions up to trial balance Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting VAT, PAYE, and statutory submissions Oversee daily finance and admin operations Liaise with external auditors, SARS, and internal stakeholders Enforce internal controls and ensure compliance Requirements: Degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance SAIPA or SAICA registered (preferred) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role Strong working knowledge of Pastel, Sage, or Xero Excellent Excel skills and analytical thinking Strong organizational and leadership capabilities High attention to detail and deadline-focused Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:30 | Friday: 07:30 – 13:30 IMPORTANT: Applications close 18 July 2025 If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
