Assistant Lodge Manager

Responsibilities Include: Support the Lodge Manager with day-to-day operations Supervise and coordinate departments to ensure smooth running of the lodge Host guests and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and warmth Manage shift schedules, training, and staff performance Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly Uphold lodge standards, health & safety, and guest satisfaction targets This is a live-in role ideal for someone ready to grow into a senior leadership position in luxury hospitality.
