Quality control of food, food presentation and service and overseeing menus/chefs HR being in charge of a small team of housekeepers Motivating staff and leading them. Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 4-5 star establishments Must have grade 12 and be computer literate Excellent sales & customer care skills Strong admin skills Knowledge of Stock control in bar, food & curios departments Have good organizational skills Drivers licence Knowledge in Innkeeper or other reservations management systems an advantage but not essential Live in position
