Job Description: The Debt Collections Administrator is responsible for the effective recovery of outstanding amounts owed to the company. This role involves proactive communication with customers, negotiation of payment terms, prompt resolution of account-related queries, and ensuring timely settlement of overdue accounts in accordance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with clients to recover outstanding payments. Negotiate and formalize suitable payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships. Resolve account disputes and queries professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and payment agreements. Compile and submit regular reports on collection activity and outstanding accounts. Identify and escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts for further action.
