Job Description

Our client is a reputable motor dealership group with a growing footprint. They are seeking a committed individual to assist with warranty submissions, parts receiving, and returns handling. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands dealership processes and enjoys working in a structured, technical environment. You will be responsible for the accurate submission of warranty claims, tracking of outstanding invoices, and the receiving, tagging, storing, and return of faulty or damaged parts to manufacturers. The role supports workshop operations and ensures compliance with OEM and internal standards. Key Responsibilities: Receive, tag, and photograph faulty or damaged parts Record part details for each warranty case and maintain accurate logs Store warranty parts securely and in an organized manner Submit warranty claims and follow up on outstanding invoices or credits Prepare parts for return to OEMs in line with standard operating procedures Liaise with internal workshop and parts departments for process accuracy Perform periodic audits of warranty stock Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warranty store area Assist with resolving claim disputes or discrepancies Provide general assistance to service department in general functions including assisting customers Requirements: Minimum Matric Drivers License non-negotiable Proven experience in a dealership or automotive service environment Prior exposure to warranty or parts-related processes is highly beneficial Familiarity with OEM warranty platforms is a plus Strong administrative and organizational skills Willingness to work occasional overtime when required Remuneration: R12 000 R15 000 per month, depending on experience Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
