Business Development Manager (Construction)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Business Management or similar, coupled with 8 plus years experience in developing new business opportunities within the construction and/or property development sector, specific to building of medium to large scale projects. You will have a strong background in identifying business opportunities in the construction and/or property development sector, as well as having a solid track record in building investor relations, mitigating risk and contract negotiation. A knowledge of strategic growth development strategies and the coordination of these strategies is essential You will have a solid understanding of JBCC and NEC contracts Strong skills in MS Office advanced, as well as CCS Candy essential The ability to travel nationally is essential You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.
