A well-established and reputable building contractor is seeking a Site Agent to manage the construction of a large, multi-storey building in Green Point, Cape Town. Key Responsibilities: Full on-site management of the project, from groundworks to handover Coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Daily site meetings, progress tracking, and quality assurance Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Effective communication with the project manager, client, and professional team Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 58 years experience as a Site Agent on multi-storey building projects Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and high-end finishes Proven ability to manage large teams and high-value projects Relevant construction management qualification Excellent leadership and communication skills
