Contracts Manager (Building)

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or similar, coupled with 8 plus years experience in managing medium to large scale building projects. You will have a strong background in overseeing and coordinating site operations, ensuring the highest quality workmanship, as well as driving the achievement of targets, and cost factors. You will have a solid understanding of JBCC and NEC contracts and related administration thereof, be proficient in contractual financial and progress reporting, as well as drafting QA, Safety and Resource plans Strong skills in MS Office advanced, as well as CCS Candy essential You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.
