Job Description

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION: You will have a BComm/Honours in Accounting or similar qualification in Finance, coupled with a professional registration with CIMA, SAIPA, or related and 5 plus years experience in financial management within a strong technical sector, with preference to those from the construction or property development sector Your working experience will include equipment, materials and resource costing, as well as knowledge of commercial, Kings Commission Law and contractual law and reporting In addition, you will have expert working experience in taxation, VAT, insurance, auditing, balance sheet analysis, costing and union/bargaining council negotiations. You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be for your expense.
