Role Description My client has a role for an Afrikaans and English speaking Veterinary Receptionist located in Durbanville. The Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for animal care, appointment scheduling, client education, phone etiquette, and communication on a daily basis. Qualifications Animal Care, Client Education, and Communication skills Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures High school diploma or equivalent Hours: 13:30 - 18:00 Every third Saturday - 8:00 - 13:00
