Mechanical Installation Technician

Youll join a dedicated team operating on projects in the Schiphol region. These range from week-long tasks to longer installations in aviation, education, and commercial real estate environments. Youll work side-by-side with an experienced lead technician to ensure building systems meet high performance standards. Your responsibilities include: Installing and replacing comfort and climate systems, including HVAC, boilers, and sanitary fixtures. Working on system updates, optimizations, and sustainability improvements. Reading and interpreting project plans and ensuring installations are safe, precise, and aligned with technical requirements. Thinking along with project engineers on-site to propose practical improvements where needed. Representing our client professionally during project execution. To qualify for this role, you should have: A Red Seal Certificate as a Millwright or HVAC Technician (or equivalent trade) At least 2 years of experience in mechanical building installation maintenance A valid driver's license Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset Willingness to rotate on-call for emergency services (1 week every 8 weeks) Fluent in Afrikaans and English - and motivated to learn Dutch
