Work Planner – Mechanical Installations

As Work Planner, you serve as the bridge between on-site findings and project execution. You assess technical reports submitted by field technicians at major utilitarian sites such as hospitals and care centers. From there, you: Translate findings into actionable repair or upgrade plans. Liaise with clients to clarify requirements and expectations. Prepare quotations and plan resources from technicians to materials. Monitor progress and ensure timely, high-quality execution. Support technicians with your expertise in mechanical installations. Youll also act as a technical point of contact for ongoing and future works, ensuring reliability, safety, and client satisfaction. What You Bring You are a structured and solution-oriented professional with strong ownership and initiative. You remain composed when plans shift, and youre confident juggling multiple projects at once. Collaboration comes naturally, and you thrive in technical discussions. Your profile includes: A completed Red Seal certification (Millwright, Fitter, or equivalent in mechanical systems) Proven experience in mechanical building installations (HVAC, plumbing, etc.). Strong communication skills and client-facing experience. Solid digital skills and quick adaptability with planning and maintenance software.
