Mechanical Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you are the go-to expert for all building-related mechanical systems. These include ventilation units, water supply systems, and heat pumps. Your daily tasks are varied, requiring independence, customer interaction, and close coordination with your team. Key responsibilities: Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems Ordering required materials and managing your own planning Coordinating tasks with maintenance engineers, service planners, and external contractors Providing frontline troubleshooting support and emergency repairs, including standby service every 8 weeks Logging all work activities and updates for administrative accuracy What You Bring You are technically skilled, proactive, and customer oriented. With a hands-on attitude, you manage your workload independently while collaborating smoothly with clients and colleagues alike. To qualify, you should have: A Red Seal certification (Millwright, Fitter, or equivalent in mechanical systems) At least 2 years of experience in mechanical building services or installation technology A valid drivers license A service mindset, fluent communication skills, and a willingness to learn Dutch
