Book, strip, assess, and repair hydraulic units; assist walk-in customers and liaise with suppliers. Help with offloading, collections, onsite fixes, and cover for colleagues. Manage daily tasks, ensure smooth workflow, and resolve issues. Supervise, train, and support technicians; enforce policies and assist in hiring.
