Creditors Administrator

A leading company in the food franchising industry is looking for a Junior Financial Administrator to join their team. Invoice Processing: Receive, verify, and process supplier invoices. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes. Payment Management: Prepare and process payments to suppliers. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records. Prepare monthly creditor reports. Communication: Liaise with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues. Min. 2 - 5 Finance experience required. MUST HAVE SAGE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
