Job Description
Well-established company based in Hogsback are seeking a qualified and experienced applicant to join their team. Requirements; Must have matric Must have relevant hospitality qualification(s) Relevant FOH experience essential (2 - 3 years) Experience working on Semper essential Must speak fluent English Duties: Front of house – receive guests and book them into rooms Deal with guest requests and queries Answer the telephone – landline and cell Deal with emails Do quotes for future bookings Work on the Semper booking system Enter receipts accurately Place food orders from kitchen and housekeeping and check stock on delivery Keep track of the projector when it is requested for conferencing Liaise with kitchen with regards to future group bookings and specific requirements pertaining to those bookings Liaise with housekeeping regarding arrivals and departures Check that rooms are clean and ready to receive guests Check on booking platforms for all relevant information and keep track of guest transactions on the platforms Placing flower arrangements in key areas and offering support to admin staff where needed Salary: Basic salary based on experience and qualifications Additional earning potential through KPI's Accommodation will be included as part of the package (live-in) Should you wish to apply please submit your CV through for consideration.
