Senior Accountant

A well established firm based in Kenilworth is looking for a Senior Accountant Duties: Supervising a monthly accounting department including preparation and review of monthly management accounts Timely submission of statutory returns Assisting clients with accounting and software support Preparing and reviewing annual financial statements using IFRS for SMES Dealing with clients and Correspondence Managing and training junior staff and SAIPA Trainees Requirements: : Matric (Grade 12) B Comm with or without Honours or similar qualification Completed SAICA articles to prepare working paper files and AFS Company and individual tax knowledge (Essential) Previous experience in similar industry Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines Very high attention to detail Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Own Transport (including a valid SA Drivers licence)
