QA Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality assurance department, ensuring that all in-house and incoming products meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in product testing, root cause analysis and maintaining accurate quality records will be essential in ensuring consistent product quality and continuous improvement. To succeed in this role, you should have a BSc degree in Chemistry or a similar qualification, along with 3 - 5 years of experience in a laboratory or production environment. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and Word will also be valuable. High standards of safety, accuracy, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively are key to thriving in this role.
