Minimum requirements: Matric Minimum: BCom Accounting or Financial Management (or equivalent) Preferably completed or busy with SAIPA / SAICA / CIMA / AGA(SA) designation At least 5 year's experience in finance or accounting Experience in distressed businesses, turnaround, or Business Rescue environments will be advantageous Law firm experience (advantageous) Driver license and own vehicle Duties and responsibilities: Obtain and organise financial information Prepare financial information for analysis Creditor claims - Receive, review, and update creditor list Asset list - compile and update Cash flow management Weekly dashboard preparation Monthly reporting Payments Bank liaison - change mandates Post-Commencement Finance (PCF) SARS compliance Annual Financial Statements (AFS) Business Rescue Plan financials Facilitate dividend distributions Audit and financial controls Reporting to stakeholders Document retention and compliance Due diligence support Skills required: Strong administrative skills Technical accounting and finance skills Business rescue and regulatory knowledge Analytical and organisational skills Communication and interpersonal skills Initiative and problem-solving Ethics and confidentiality Remuneration: R 20 000 - R 25 000 basic IMPORTANT: Applications close 04 July 2025 Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted No social media messages / comments will be responded to
