Junior Buyer

Purchasing of all consumables, PPE, hardware, stationary etc. Create purchase orders for consumables, PPE, material/buy-outs, machine repairs, hardware, groceries/stationery and maintenance Follow up with suppliers if awaiting any deliveries Negotiate better pricing Receive tool/equipment requisitions from the workshop and issue tools/equipment if needed Issuing of nozzles for Profile/Plasma/Laser machines Spot check stock levels in yard twice a week Monthly nozzle stock take type up stock on spread sheet and send to finance department Assist Senior Buyer where required Matric At least 1 - 2 years in a purchasing role Reside on the East Rand
