Customer Services Clerk (Hospitals)

A dynamic company based in Johannesburg North is looking for a Customer Services Clerk (Hospitals) x 2 Duties: Maintain and monitor client orders Ensure ethical procedures within the chain (Ensure that products are handled and transported correctly) Monitor stock control, order and general supply needs of the client Maintain proper order processing (Orders must be processed before cut off, ensure correct distribution from the correct facility) Manage customer queries Ensure customer satisfaction Manage general administration for the respective job function (filling, correspondence, etc) Requirements: Matric Fully Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) Syspro Knowledge is an advantage Experience in dealing with Credits Good Communication Skills Friendly, Upbeat, Polite Experience within the Medical Industry an advantage Knowledge in supply chain will be advantageous Ability to work with high degree of independence Key time management skills to ensure deadlines are met with efficient turnaround times
