Essential Criteria : Speak read and write Italian (C1 level) together with English Duties include, but not limited to: Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Italian Language Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries Benefits: Health insurance benefit (Paid for by the Company) Working hours: Monday Friday between 9am 7pm (Shifts 8.5hours per day) Location: Home based/ Remote Please note: This role is exclusively Work from home, reliable internet a access is required (FIBRE line).
